"Prayerbilt" 2004 Peterbilt 379

In Maynardville, Tennessee, Wes and Cindy Ward are the proud owners of a 2004 Peterbilt 379, affectionately known as "Prayerbilt." This distinctive truck boasts an extended hood, and according to Wes, "We named it 'Prayerbilt' because, really, everyone's life is built on prayer." Under its hood is a 1999 Caterpillar 3406E engine, paired with a recently upgraded 13-speed transmission. The couple uses it to haul a 2014 Mac 48-foot, 102-inch-wide flatbed trailer.

The Trucking News Hub team had the pleasure of meeting Cindy at the 2025 Large Cars and Guitars event, held at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, TN.
